At the same time, we’re investing in becoming more self-reliant through our dedicated Aroma Chemical Department. This department conducts advanced research and produces specialty aroma chemicals—both as cost-effective alternatives to international ingredients and as novel molecules for our own innovation.
Our Innovation teams depend on this in-house expertise to stay ahead. To support this, we’re expanding into a new aroma chemical production facility, enabling us to scale up operations and enhance our research capabilities. This move will double our lab capacity and accelerate the discovery of new breakthrough molecules—our “2025 molecules.” Through controlled synthesis processes, we create aroma compounds with predictable, desirable flavour properties that empower our creative teams to craft market-winning innovations
